Years
of in-fighting have left Medieval England divided and the time has come
for a lord to rise above the others to claim the crown and unify the
country once again. Pit your skills against the other lords in battles,
tournaments, sieges and raids in order to gain territory and eventually
become King of England.
- Choose from one of four Saxon lords, each with their own strengths
and weaknesses that will affect how a player approaches their task.
- Build an army consisting of infantry, knights, archers and
catapults in order to conquer enemy land and ultimately lay siege to
their castle.
- Catapult mini-game allows you to weaken your foes defences by
battering down walls with stones and fire and infecting the inhabitants
with disease.
- Competing lords can challenge you to a joust and archery
competition in search of land and fame that will increase their income
and allow them to build their army even more.
- Raids on enemy castles to steel gold or kidnap an enemy princess will increase your fame standing.
- Call on the legendary Robin Hood and his band of Merry Men to help you in battle.
